Chamois, the UK-based specialist PR and marketing agency, is delighted to announce the establishment of an exciting new partnership with the Pata Maxus Yamaha WorldSBK Official Team.
The partnership places Chamois as Official Marketing and PR Partner for the 2026 FIM Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK). The arrangement will combine Chamois’ PR and Marketing expertise together with the team’s legendary racing pedigree, to mutual benefit.
As part of this partnership, Chamois will provide PR and Marketing support to the Yamaha WorldSBK team throughout the season, advising and assisting with the team’s communications strategy and planning, with a particular focus on the team’s critical B2B audiences. The Chamois brand will be displayed as part of the team’s partnership portfolio along with the provision of other partner benefits such as track-side hospitality and access, for Chamois’ corporate guests.
The Pata Maxus Yamaha WorldSBK Official Team, operated by Crescent Racing in direct collaboration with Yamaha Motor Europe’s Motorsport R&D Division in Milan, proudly represents Yamaha in the FIM Superbike World Championship. Bringing 30 years of professional racing experience across MotoGP, WorldSBK and British Superbikes, Team Principal Paul Denning leads the project. Since Yamaha’s celebrated return to WorldSBK in 2016, the team has established itself as a consistent front-runner, combining the championship-winning pedigree of Yamaha engineering with world-class rider talent. For the 2026 season, Andrea Locatelli remains with the team and he will be joined by newly signed rider Xavi Vierge. Pata Maxus Yamaha will be targeting podiums, race victories, and a determined assault on a ferociously competitive championship, where they were last World Champions with Toprak Razgatlıoğlu in 2021.
Jamie Clarke, CEO at Chamois said: “This new partnership is super-exciting for all of us here at Chamois. As an agency that operates in the motorsport and automotive sectors, our involvement with Pata Maxus Yamaha in WorldSBK aligns perfectly and is a big step for the company as we expand our own marketing focus in the direction of sports partnerships such as this. Through this arrangement we’ll be exposing the Chamois brand to a worldwide audience at the top of motorcycle sport and at the same time, helping the team with advice and support, where appropriate.”
Paul Denning, Team Principal at Pata Maxus Yamaha said: “It’s a pleasure to welcome Chamois’ expertise to the team in order to further strengthen our marketing and communication functions. Partnerships of all descriptions are the lifeblood of our racing project, and we are delighted to be able to call upon Chamois to assist us in adding value and ROI to all the great companies who put their trust in Yamaha’s WorldSBK platform.”
